I spent nearly four decades in the C-suite. CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, President. Oil and gas, renewables, technology, energy services. Public companies, private companies, startups, turnarounds. I built teams, ran multinational organizations, and made more than my share of mistakes at the highest levels of organizational life.

Then one day, the title was gone. And I had to figure out who I was without it.

That's the work I do now.

I help senior leaders navigate the transitions nobody prepares you for: the unexpected exit, the retirement that feels more like a free fall, the career pivot that calls everything into question. My clients are high-achievers, typically 45 to 65, who have spent decades being the person with the answers. I give them a place where they don't have to perform that anymore.

I hold an MBA from SMU, attended Harvard Business School, and carry coaching credentials including ICF ACC certification, EMCC Global EIA accreditation at the Practitioner level, and a master certification in Transitional Intelligence. I wrote Disaster on the Horizon about the Deepwater Horizon blowout, contributed to NBC News as an energy expert, and have served on boards across public companies, private enterprises, and foundations. Those credentials opened doors. They are not what makes this work meaningful..

What makes it meaningful is that I've been there. I know what it feels like when the calendar goes empty and nobody calls. I know the gap between who you were and who you're becoming. And I've spent years developing the inner steadiness, through Zen practice, through honest reflection, through getting it wrong and trying again, to be able to sit across from someone in the middle of that and be genuinely helpful.

I don't sell frameworks. I don't coach from a script. I bring four decades of real experience, real battle scars, and enough groundedness to help you find your footing when the path disappears.
